First - Great moment. You can feel the tension of the main subject in his epxression and the way he is holding his partner. Well Framed.
Second - Great composition and attention to light on the part of the photographer.
Third - Nice to see something a bit different from the ubiquitous RMC training photos. Good job getting in close and good framing with the boot and the head.HM - Great job by the photographer to recognize good light and take advantage of that. Has a nice element of mystery
Nothing awarded. Entries were not entered in the correct category.

First - Great expression on the San Jose player that makes the image.
Second - Nice framing, brings me into the game.
Third - Good moment and expresssions but I think the framing is off. Could definitely use a crop because the head and camera take up too much of the frame.

First - This image has done everything a portrait should do. It makes me wonder about her life and gives me just enough insight in her gaze to keep wondering. Light is great, I suggest all students make it a habit of going out at this time of day and making some portraits.
Second - I like the body language in this one. Background gives it kind of a gritty feel, but I also find how close he is to the wall a bit awkward - just personal preference.
